China Huaxin History:
1993: China Huaxin is established by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of China (“MPT”) to serve as a vehicle for investment in ICT assets and a platform for international collaboration opportunities in the ICT industry.
2000: The MPT transfers its entire equity interest in China Huaxin to the China Telecom Group Company (“China Telecom”).
2011: China Telecom transfers its entire equity interest in China Huaxin to China Reform Holdings Corporation Ltd.(“CRH”), an investment holding company wholly owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission of the People’s Republic of China (“SASAC”). SASAC, through CRH, holds a 100% equity stake in China Huaxin.
