  • China Huaxin focuses on the creation of smart cities, and specializes in four key areas including telecommunications solutions, optical fibre and cable, enterprise networks and cloud computing, system integration and software services. Established by the former Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of China

The MPT transfered its entire equity interest of China Huaxin to China Telecom Group Company
2011
SASAC transfered the entire equity interest of China Huaxin to China Reform Holdings Corporation Ltd.
2017
It changed to its current name China Huaxin Post and Telecom Technologies Co., Ltd.
2019
SASAC transfered the entire equity interest of China Huaxin to China Poly Group
2019
SASAC transfered the entire equity interest of China Huaxin to China Poly Group
